Hiring Rates associated with this venue are valid for seven (7) days from the day a quotation is given. Prices are subject to change without notification. Prices may also change should you complete and sign a contract and then make additional changes. Wedding dates are not added to our calendar or reserved until deposit is received.
Terms and conditions:
Availability is subject to first come, first serve bases. Unless a reservation is paid. Louisville will continue to sale available date to any available client. Louisville will refund a reservation fee, less 1,25% to cover bank charges, should you pay after the date is taken. This reservation fee will be retained in full by Louisville should an event be cancelled for whatsoever reasons. Louisville will charge an additional fee of R7 500.00 to move the event date, subject to rate changes.
